DELIVERY TIMES UPDATE
PLEASE NOTE - Due to recent Royal Mail postal service strikes, deliveries are taking slightly longer.
I will always message to confirm when your order has been sent and to give a tracking code.
Please get in touch if you need an item by a specific date and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
UK: All items purchased will be sent within 5 working days by Royal Mail, First Class signed for. This service aims to deliver next working day but can take up to 5 working days.
International: All items purchased will be sent within 5 working days. 5+ working days for delivery is the guide for most services. I use different couriers depending on which country items are being sent to. Let me know if you requirer a more accurate schedule.
International Tracking: I always send items worldwide with tracking.
Please note: I cannot accept liabilty for any items that go missing once they are in the postage system.
Made to order: If you place a custom order I will advise you on shipping times when we discuss your order.
Returns: If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please message me to arrange a return. This will need to be within 28 days of receiving your item. Unless an item is being returned due to a fault (in which case postage costs will be refunded), please be aware that the customer pays for the return postage.
